Spiral Design Studio Releases First Music CDCompilation Highlights New Services at Creative Firm
Spiral Design Studio released its first music CD, Organized Chimes: A Seasonal Journey for the Soul, an original compilation of holiday and seasonal music arranged, recorded and produced at Spiral’s new sound and video studio. The CD of nine songs is an eclectic mix of new age, hip-hop, ska, techno, and reggae arrangements of songs that range from Pachelbell’s Canon in D to The Carol of the Bells.
“Our team constantly pushes the boundaries to join art and technology, bringing our creativity to new places,” says Robert Clancy, principal. “The addition of music, sound design and high definition video to our repertoire is a natural progression of our company—the creative exploration of marketing communications that people can experience on many levels.”
Clancy, a life-long musician, spearheaded the expansion of Spiral’s music services with the construction of a state-of-the-art sound studio and video lab.
The in-house ability to create and manage the production of original music, voice-over recordings, DVDs and high definition videos enrich Spiral’s interactive and new media capabilities. This adds a full range of rich media offerings to existing creative marketing services Spiral provides to an international clientele such as Citibank, AT&T and Activision, among others.
“These new service offerings are really in their infancy,” said Clancy. “ But the potential benefit to our clients is endless, especially with the convergence of the Internet, television and telecommunications. We’re looking forward to growing this medium.”
The new services come at the end of a year of unprecedented growth for Spiral Design Studio. Earlier this year, the company added two to its creative team and opened an office in Westchester, NY.
