Spiral Design Studio named finalist in American Marketing Association competition

| ALBANY, NY – Spiral Design Studio’s redesign of the New York State
Bar Association’s website earned finalist honors in the American
Marketing Association’s Mark of Excellence competition, sponsored by
the New York Capital Region Chapter of the organization.
The site, www.nysba.org, launched in early 2005 and garnered immediate
results for the Bar Association. With improved design and navigation,
unique site traffic increased 65% within three months of launch. Return
visitor traffic increased 86% in the same time period.

As the Terri Schiavo right-to-life case piqued public interest in March
2005, more than 205,000 free copies of living wills and health care
proxies were downloaded from a featured area on the site homepage
-- capturing the attention of several national media outlets.
The American Marketing Association’s Mark of Excellence Awards honor
marketers whose marketing campaigns produce outstanding results.
Top honors will be presented at the Mark of Excellence Awards Program and Dinner on
November 2, at the Albany Marriot.
