Spiral Design Studio Names Award-winning Designer to Team
| Spiral Design Studio is pleased to announce the
appointment of Emily Rawitsch, designer, to the Spiral team. Rawitsch,
a 2005 suma-cum laude graduate of the College of Saint Rose, was
previously a design intern at the Studio.
An accomplished student, Rawitsch was a selected
participant in the Art Directors Club National Portfolio Review, a
prestigious event that brings the country’s top 100 design students to
New York City to meet with the industry’s leading designers. She
received finalist honors in the design category at the ONE Show College
Competition, recognizing creative excellence in advertising.

She also
received the Outstanding Senior Award at Saint Rose. While still an
intern at Spiral, Rawitsch’s design of the Junior Achievement 2004
annual report won an Albany Ad Club NORI award in the Print Materials
category.
Rawitsch is also actively involved in the community,
serving as a volunteer for the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Program
and Junior Achievement and as a member of the board of directors for
the YWCA of Troy.

to seeing her grow creatively and professionally.”
Rawitsch joins Spiral Design Studio as the Albany
firm enhances its presence in the creative marketplace with a new
office in Westchester County, NY, the expansion of Spiral’s creative
team, and the introduction of new services, including sound design and
DVD/multimedia production capabilities.
