Spiral Design Studio Receives Accolades at Marketing and Design Awards ShowSpiral Design Studio received 14 marketing design awards at the Hudson Valley Area Marketing Association’s Ninth Annual Éclat Awards show. Among it honors, Spiral Design was awarded a Judges Choice award in the Best of Show Category and a Gold Award in the Multimedia/Interactive - Sales and Service category for their company Web site, located at www.spiraldesign.com.
“It is truly a privilege to be recognized in the Best of Show among such outstanding work--especially for a new category that includes Web site development,” said Robert Clancy, co-founder and Digital Media Director of Spiral Design “Everyone at Spiral is very proud--the work on our Web site is a total team effort!”
Additionally, Spiral won a gold award for their advertising illustration work on MapInfo Corporation’s MapWorld ’96 Conference brochure; five silver awards (MapInfo Corp. 1996 Annual Report, MapInfo Corp. MapWorld Magazine, Digital World Communications stationery, Top Gear Accessories corporate logo, “Vision” newsletter for the NYS Department of Labor); two bronze awards (Bennington College’s “Describe Yourself Poster and MapInfo Corp. MapXpress CD packaging) In conjunction with Smith & Jones Marketing Communications, Spiral Design also received gold and silver recognition for their design and art direction work on First Albany Corporation’s Mutual Funds brochures. Merit awards were also presented to Spiral for packaging and book jacket design.
